Testimone 2

This is a region where the wine is made in the vineyard with each plant being meticulously and painstakingly cared for and tended to, as is the soil. The management of the whole system is such that the best can be obtained from the fruit. The winemaking process itself is the classic one, with ageing taking place in French oak barrels.
